Refund Policy

Our Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Lintract. Because our analysis is delivered digitally and instantly upon payment, we have a limited refund policy as described below.

When Refunds Are Available

You are eligible for a full refund if the analysis fails to complete due to a technical error on our end — for example, if the system was unable to process your document, if you were charged but never received access to your results, or if a confirmed bug prevented the analysis from running.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not issued if the analysis completed successfully, regardless of whether you agree with the findings or find the results less useful than expected. AI analysis is inherently imperfect — by purchasing, you acknowledge this limitation. Refunds are also not available for dissatisfaction with the number of red flags found or the risk score assigned.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
