Lintract provides AI-powered contract analysis for educational and informational purposes. By using this service, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Not Legal Advice
Lintract is not a law firm. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is formed. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the output of this tool. Always consult a licensed attorney before signing any legally binding agreement.
3. User Responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorized to upload the documents you submit. You agree not to use Lintract for unlawful purposes. You understand and accept the inherent limitations of AI-generated analysis, including the possibility of errors or omissions.
4. Payment
Access to full results requires a one-time payment of $12 USD per contract, processed through Lemon Squeezy. No recurring charges apply.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lintract is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lintract and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
